Service workshops

Should there ever be a technical problem, Eduard Gerlach GmbH has been offering a special in-house service since 1970: as soon as there is a functional defect, foot specialists are provided with a loan unit of identical construction, if possible, until the defect has been repaired in the company's own repair workshop or by one of the regionally organised service companies. Local repairs in particular are considered the preferred service, as ideally the waiting time is even shorter due to the regional proximity.
